The game is free to download and it’s free to register. We won’t be charging our users to play the game, but a user (if they wish) can proceed with an In-App Purchase to re-take a round of Golf.

No, the App is completely Ad free.

The 19th Roll Apps are free to download and play, these are available at the Apple App Store and the GooglePlay Store.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email to verify that it is you signing up, please check your SPAM or JUNK as it may have dropped into there.

If it’s a technical problem which is preventing you from playing the game, please contact us at support@the19throll.com and we will see if we can resolve it. If it relates to gameplay, we do not reply to those messages.

Yes of course! You can edit/add details to your profile such as your “Nickname” and also change your Profile Photo in the Account section in this website. NOTE: All profiles are moderated and we will not accept anything which goes against our terms and conditions, so please do not upload anything which will insult any other user otherwise this could result in your account to be suspended. 

By signing up, you are automatically added into the monthly competitions.  Once you have logged in with your details into the App, downloaded the Courses it will take you to the Main Menu, then click TEE OFF. 

The competition starts on the 1st of the month and finishes at the end of the 27th.

To qualify for Prizes, you must complete 81 Rounds of Golf by the end of the 27th.

If you do not complete the required Rounds of Golf in time, you are disqualified.

Winners are announced on the 28th.

To appear on the Leaderboard, you must play your 3 Rounds of Golf per day and also any catch-up Rounds you have missed from the beginning of the month. 

NOTE: If a User joins on the 27th, they do not enter in the Competition until the 1st. 

Users are required to play 3 Rounds of Golf per day from the 1st to the 27th. 3 x a day until the end of the 27th is 81 Rounds of Golf. 

If the user fails to play their 3 Rounds of Golf per day, then they will not appear on the Leaderboard. By the end of the 27th, if you have not completed all 81 Rounds then you will be diqualified from the competition. 

Moving Days are In-App Purchases and if you play a Round that you are not happy with, you can go into Monthly Scorecard, select the Round you want to replay, pay and then re-take that Round to improve your score. 

Note: Moving Days are purchased within the App at the cost of £2.99.

Yes, no problem…. Users can join the competition midway through the month but will be required to play all of the Rounds they have missed out on since the 1st of the month to be able to appear on the Leaderboard. 

If the user FAILS to complete all 81 rounds of Golf in 1 Month (from 1st to 27th), then they will not qualify for a Prize.

Users will be required to play 3 rounds of Golf per day.

Each golf course consists of 18 holes each. 

No, the default language is English only. 

Users can play against each other in either 2, 3 or 4 player games. 

All results of these games ARE NOT entered into the Global Leaderboard. 

Users can play against each other in the following modes:

• Strokeplay
• Match Play

Match Play is determined by who wins the most holes e.g: if a User is 3 holes up with 2 to play they win 3&2. If they are 1 hole up with 1 hole to play and proceed to win that hole, the User wins by 2 holes.

When the Multi-player game is completed, all Users will be shown the Scorecard which contains their Nicknames and their Scores.

Yes, the user that started to join with other members to play Multi-player online, will get to choose what course they wish to play on.

Yes of course. If a user is from Sweden and doesn’t know anyone else to play with, they can simply put their details on the ONLINE section for others to see and anyone can click on their username and see if they want to either play a game together (2 player) or join in a group of other players (maximum 4 allowed) to play a round of Golf together. 

All scores from the Multi-player games are displayed in their own joint Scorecards within the App and this information is NOT sent to the Global Leaderboard on the website.
